Kum Nye (pronounced Kum Nje) is a meditation and relaxation method originating from Tibet. The exercise system called Tibetan Heilyoga is used for relaxation, stimulation of psycho-physical energies and for the release of blockages in the energy system. It has its roots in the Tibetan system of Nying-thig tsa-lung (yoga of subtle energies) on the one hand, and in traditional Tibetan medicine on the other. Kum Nye is not to be confused with the practice of the Five Tibetans.
